Normal temperature aluminum veneer spraying process
1. pre-treatment
1. It is recommended to build a self-built phosphating tank. According to the different materials of aluminum materials, soak for 20min-30min and dry it before drying;
2. Sanding aluminum parts with grinding wheels. According to different materials, generally use 100-200# sandpaper to polish them. After sufficient polishing, wipe them clean with solvent;
3. Pay attention to the strength when polishing. Do not scratch the substrate and require that there shall be no missing places.
2. base treatment
1. Spray the dried aluminum parts with special primer of fluorocarbon at normal temperature. It is required to strictly follow the proportion and not leak the spraying. The sprayed paint film should be uniform and free from sagging. The paint film should be dry and thick;
2. Polish with 400-600 mesh water and sand when the paint film is thick and bad. Make sure that there is no problem with the primer, apply the topcoat.
3. topcoat spraying
1. Spray fluorocarbon topcoat on the treated substrate. It is required to be uniform without leakage and consistent in color. The ratio should be strictly in accordance with the company's guiding ratio;
2. After about 2-3min, put it into the drying room at 100 ℃ for 40min;
3. Spray finish varnish (optional, dark color and silver color are recommended) and bake at 100 ℃ for 40min;
4, film packaging.
Remarks: Fluorocarbon paint ratio: topcoat: curing agent: thinner = 10:1:3 (thinner ratio can be more or less according to site needs)
